terms of agreement.
when this website is used to place order with kertas puteh , these terms+conditions of business will constitute a legal binding agreement between you and kertas puteh. before using this website, please read carefully these terms+conditions of business. please note that kertasputeh.com has the right to modify these terms+conditions of business so you are advised to read through these following sections them periodically.

1.   orders and specifications

  1. all items are offered for sale subject to availability.
  2. kertas puteh reserves the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for so doing. no order shall be deemed accepted by kertas puteh unless and until it is confirmed by kertas puteh  in the confirmation of order.
  3. kertas puteh is continously producing new items and reserves the right to amend any sort of specifications of the items without prior notice.
  4. kertas puteh does not give any assurance that actual items delivered will exactly match those displayed on your computer as a consequence of different colour settings and photography lightings.

2.    price + payment

  1. quoted price is not inclusive of delivery charges. buyers shall be responsible for any other fees applicable in the area to which the items are sent via postage.
  2. 50% deposit required upon confirmation of order. payment must be made by cash-transfer or C.O.D at the time of placing an order which is accepted by kertas puteh. cheques are accepted only for sales above rm500.
  3. kertas puteh undertakes that all details provided to kertas puteh for the purpose of the order and its delivery will be correct. kertas puteh reserves the right to obtain validation of your debit card details before accepting your order through online-banking.

3. delivery

  1. place for delivery of the items will be as shown on the order and the normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) shall be regular postage.
  2. kertas puteh commits to process your order and deliver the items within the time period agreed.  any dates quoted for delivery of the items are indicative only. time for delivery will not be of the essence of the contract and kertas puteh will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the items howsoever caused.
  3. items must be inspected on delivery. if the items are alleged to be damaged or defective on delivery, please give a description of the said damage or defect at the time of delivery. you may not reject the items or any part of them solely on the grounds of short delivery of an instalment.
  4. if you fail to take delivery of the items within the agreed period of time, kertas puteh shall be under no obligation to refund the price.
  5. items may not be returned to kertas puteh except as provided in condition 4 below.

4.   returns + refunds + cancellation

  1. you shall have the right to cancel any order for items only if kertas puteh has failed to deliver the items ordered within 21 days after the agreed delivery date.
  2. notice of the wish to cancel must be made by email to the email address of kertasputeh.com as stated.
  3. nothing in these terms+conditions shall give you the rights of cancellation in regard to the items which have been made to your specification or obviously personalized.
  4. in the case of cancellation under condition 4(a) above, kertas puteh shall be responsible for all sums paid (including deposits and re-delivery charges (if any)) in respect of the items)
  5. all returned items to kertas puteh must be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition
